Are you stuck in the rat race?

👉🏽Go to work all day.
👉🏽Come home, make dinner, feed the dog, clean up the house and FINALLY sit down.
👉🏽Watch tv. Relax. Spend a little bit of time with your significant other and it’s lights out.
⚠️We’ve all been there. I was stuck in this cycle for years. 🙋🏽♀️
It was all I had the energy for honestly.
When I look back on those days, I realize I wasn’t doing much for myself....I wanted to, but time kept passing me by, I was a busy mom, working full time and going to college.
Doing something for myself was getting a decadent Starbucks coffee on my way to work. (Treat yo self)
But I wasn’t happy. Not with the way I was feeling in my body. I felt sluggish and heavy. I wanted to lose weight, but I didn’t know if I had the energy (or time ⏰) for it.

The weeks we spend in the rat race go by FAST. So fast the entire year fly’s by and we find ourselves still wishing to lose weight, still looking for the time.
I challenge you:
1️⃣Write down everything you do for two days and what you eat.
What time you wake up, leave to work, get home, how long you spend making dinner, watching tv, everything (even the time you spend scrolling on your phone 📲 ).
2️⃣After 2 days, review + evaluate. What could you cut out? What could you do less of? How were your eating habits?
