Anyone else hike so hard that they end up with a "waddle walk" over the next few days? 😅
TBH, I've never really prepared or trained for hikes 😬 but now that I'm looking at & planning longer hikes it might be time to throw in some running / leg endurance training into my routine. Anyone have training tips?
PS: I'm usually carrying at least 10 pounds of photography gear on those hikes if that changes anything 😬
